1) Indecent assault and battery on a child under fourteen 2) Indecent assault and battery on a mentally retarded person 3) Indecent assault and battery on a person who has obtained the age of fourteen 4) Rape 5) Rape of a child under sixteen with force 6) Assault with intent to commit rape 7) Kidnapping of a child under sixteen with intent to commit rape 8) Distribution and trafficking of narcotics or other controlled substances 9) Intent to commit any of the above crimes
