We can’t wait to see you on Lake Dunmore from August 23rd to 26th!
REGISTER HERE!
While the campus is different for those of you who attended Songa on Willoughby or Beenadeewin, or hasadditions for those of you who attended Songa on Dunmore in our early years, the spirit remains the same.
Reunion events begin Thursday afternoon. Paddle a green canoe once more, hike on Mt. Moosalamoo or enjoy a refreshing swim in the cool waters of Lake Dunmore. There will be tennis, archery, field games and sports, and activities in our new Arts Village. You might try rock climbing, enjoy a sail on the lake, try your hand at tetherball, or enjoy a run along Lake Dunmore. After all that you can relax in a rocking chair on our expansive porches.
Share your memories. We’ll have a spot with yearbooks, photographs, old songbooks, and scrapbooks to peruse. Enjoy our collection and bring your own. Still have your cinibas? Bring it along with other mementos for others to see! If you have photos of your days at camp we’d love to scan them during the weekend to add to our digital collection.
In the evening we’ll sing songs of yesterday and today at a campfire or at a special edition of our Saturday Spectacular. There will be plenty of time to catch up and spend time with friends throughout the weekend. I hope you will make plans to come back to camp for a fun-filled weekend to relive your camper (and staff) days with us.
Call your girlfriends and get them to join you. It will seem as though the time has hardly passed!

Housing
Housing on the Songadeewin campus is for those born before August 1997. Accommodations will be shared in camper cabins of 10 to 12 beds. You may request to live with your friends, or folks who will become new friends. Cabins on the East have toilets and sinks in the cabin. Cabins on the West Side do not, but have easy access to a modern bathroom facility. Cabins on the East Side will be filled first so register early if you’d like to have a cabin with a toilet, and sink!
For this first Songadeewin reunion the program will focus on former campers and staff without programing for children. For women wishing to bring their family and stay with them there will be housing, and a more family-friendly program, available at Keewaydin Dunmore’s annual Alumni Family Reunion across the lake. At Keewaydin, families may stay together in platform tents and may travel to Songa during the day to partake in activities.
Dietary Restrictions
Our kitchen team will do its best to accommodate individuals with special dietary restrictions. It is imperative that you submit your dietary restrictions prior to August 18, so we can provide you with the meals you need. It may not be possible to accommodate last-minute requests.
